At Bluetile Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that assembled custom skateboards and used decks are not eligible for return.

Verify Condition

Ensure your items are in brand-new, resaleable condition with all original tags and packaging intact; skate decks must still be in their shrink wrap.

Email our crew at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items and include the original packing slip, then ship the package to our Columbia, SC storefront using your preferred tracked carrier.

Refund Processing

Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 3-5 business days.
