How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.

Yes, we ship skate gear worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What is your return policy for skateboards?

We accept returns on unused and unassembled items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a deck has been gripped or skated, it is no longer eligible for return.

Can I request to have my skateboard assembled?

Absolutely! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings in a single order, just leave a note at checkout and our shop pros will assemble it for you for free.

How do I know which deck size is right for me?

Deck size is largely a matter of personal preference, but generally, wider decks (8.25"+) offer more stability for transition, while narrower decks (7.75" - 8.0") are lighter for technical street tricks.
